Psychological Support for Individuals & Professionals

I’m a Clinical Psychologist based in London, offering therapy, supervision, and teaching. My work blends psychological depth with practical insight—supporting individuals and professionals in navigating life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and meaning.

I work with clients in both the UK and Australia and offer sessions online or in person at my South West London practice (SW6 3PA). You can also learn more about the clinic via Freedom Clinical Psychology.

Therapy for Individuals and Couples

I work with adults and couples facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties—whether rooted in trauma, stress, identity, or relationship struggles.

My approach is grounded, warm, and collaborative. Drawing from CBT, ACT, psychodynamic therapy, and systemic models, I tailor support to your personal goals and values.

Supervision

I provide individual and group supervision for clinicians and allied professionals in both the UK and Australia. My approach is reflective, relational, and focused on developing both clinical insight and professional identity.

Supervision is available online or in person, either at my South West London practice or another agreed location.

Teaching & Speaking

I regularly deliver workshops and seminars for universities, professional bodies, and clinical training programs. Recent work includes:
